Why gum, and not a pouch

How to use it
- Chew slowly until you notice a peppery tingle or a bit of flavor — usually fifteen or twenty chews.
- Park it between your cheek and gum and let it rest for about a minute.
- Chew again. Keep alternating for roughly twenty-five minutes.
- Throw it away. Don't swallow it, and skip coffee or anything acidic for fifteen minutes before and during — it interferes with absorption.
